Trends and topics: Characterizing echo chambers’ topological stability and in-group attitudes
Published in PLOS Complex Systems, 2024
This work investigates the topological stability of echo chambers and the role of in-group attitudes in their persistence. Through empirical analysis, the authors show how structural and attitudinal factors combine to reinforce polarization, providing insights into the resilience of echo chambers in online social systems.
